Scrip Orders

The next scrip order deadline will be Tuesday, October 30th. This order will be available for pick up at the studio on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 6-7.

PLEASE list phone numbers on your order form, where you can be reached with any questions regarding your order, or delivery of order. This is EXTREMELY helpful. Also, please remember to make your checks payable to SSGPA.

The following are the procedures for ordering Scrip:

• Log on to www.shopwithscrip.com.
• If you haven’t already registered, select (from the orange box) “Not a Member? Click Here” (located beneath the login button).
• Complete the “Family Registration” page.
• Complete the “Join a Non-Profit” page. You will need our SSGPA enrollment code: 86233FFD13881 (case sensitive).
• The system will confirm to you that you are now a member of Sundance Studio Gymnastics Parent Association – nonprofit organization. You can click “Place Order” to begin, or log out and return later to place an order (selecting the “Order Scrip” tab).
• When placing an order, you will want to choose a category from the “Filter Product Items List.” Shopping by category will expedite your ordering time.
• After reviewing your shopping cart, click “finish order”, and your “Order Confirmation Form” will appear. PLEASE PRINT AN EXTRA COPY OF THE ORDER CONFIRMATION FORM.
• Submit your check (payable to SSGPA) and the Order Confirmation Form, in the SSGPA Payment Box by the due date (in an envelope labeled SSGPA Scrip Order).
• There is a one-week turn around time to deliver your scrip order.
• The home page of www.shopwithscrip.com has several tabs that will be useful.
o “Order Scrip” – to place an order
o “My Account” – to review history of all your orders placed through this website
o “What’s New” – to get a quick update of recent GLSC retailer changes (adds, deletes, changes in rates, etc.)
o “Retailer List” – to get full disclosure of retailer usage guidelines. This is particularly important for travel retailers (airlines, hotels, cruises, etc.).
• PLEASE NOTE! – I will only be able to process your on-line order if there is a check (in the correct amount, payable to SSGPA) and corresponding order form, in the SSGPA payment box by the deadline date. If these are not submitted, I will not be able to include your on-line order in the monthly association’s order.
• If you submit an order on-line that you want to cancel, you can email me with the order number, and I will cancel it for you. You can also force cancellation by NOT placing the order form with an attached check in the SSGPA payment box. I will automatically cancel the order for you.
